This site is not our service agreement
Submitting the intake form does not create a service agreement. Our relationship as your estate liquidation provider is governed separately by a signed Client Service Agreement, and auction transactions are governed by our Auction & Bidding Terms.

Our auctions are conducted through a third-party online bidding platform. Use of that platform is also subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services linked from this site.
Limitation of liability
