How It Works

Drop Off, We Handle the Rest

✓ Guaranteed in an auction within 30 days of receipt
  • Three ways to get your items to us: drop them off yourself, ship them in, or request a pickup (pickup fee TBD).
  • Items are cataloged and professionally photographed for the online auction platform.
  • Consigned items are grouped into a dedicated monthly auction, marketed and pushed for maximum visibility to buyers — rather than listed one-off and left to get lost in the shuffle.
  • When volume supports it, we run auctions more frequently than once a month to keep turnaround fast.
  • Guaranteed: your items are cataloged, photographed, and placed into a live auction within 30 days of receipt.
  • If an item doesn't sell, it's returned to you after the auction closes — or, in some cases, we may make a cash offer to buy it outright instead.
Fee Structure

Simple, Deferred Pricing

  • Your first 50 items list completely free.
  • Each additional listing is a flat $2, covering cataloging and platform costs.
  • Zero out-of-pocket: nothing is due upfront. Listing fees are simply deducted from your final proceeds.
Commission

The Same Rate as Our Full Estate Service

  • A flat 30% commission on the final gross hammer price — the same rate as our full estate service, for brand simplicity.
  • Plus the standard 18% buyer's premium, paid entirely by winning bidders, which covers platform and payment processing costs so it's never deducted from your share.

Why It Works

Traditional brick-and-mortar consignment shops routinely charge 40–50% commission and can take months to sell your items. Our online-only model gets your items in front of active, competitive bidders fast — cataloged, listed, and selling within 30 days, with more of the proceeds going back to you.

What Guides Us

Integrity, Compassion & Safety

The three commitments that shape how we handle every consignment, whether it's one piece or an entire collection.

Integrity

Your fees are simple and disclosed upfront: a flat 30% commission, deferred listing costs, and an 18% buyer's premium paid entirely by bidders — never deducted from your share. You always know exactly what you'll walk away with.

Compassion

Letting go of a collection you've built for years, or a piece that belonged to someone you love, isn't always simple. We handle every item — whether it's one piece or fifty — with the same care, and make drop-off or pickup as easy as we can.

Safety

From the moment your items arrive, they're cataloged, securely stored, and insured through the day they sell or are returned to you. The same safety standards we apply to full estates apply to every single item you consign.

Common Questions

What Clients Ask Us

QHow often do consignment auctions run?
Consigned items are grouped into a dedicated auction once a month, marketed and pushed for better visibility rather than listed individually and left to get lost. If enough items come in, we run auctions more frequently to keep turnaround fast — either way, your items are guaranteed to be live within 30 days of receipt.
QDo I need a full estate to work with you?
No. The real question is scope, not value — do you have a whole property to clear out, or just individual items? If it's a handful of items or a small collection rather than a full home, consignment covers that. You bring or ship the items to us, and we guarantee they'll be in an auction within 30 days of receipt.
QWhat is a buyer's premium, and will it lower the bids on my items?
A buyer's premium is standard practice in online auctions: the winning bidder pays a percentage on top of their final bid — 18%, in our case — to cover secure payment processing, platform licensing, and platform security. It doesn't reduce your gross results. Online bidders compete based on demand, not fees.
QHow is the listing fee billed?
Nothing is due at drop-off. Your first 50 items are free, and each item after that is a flat $2 — deferred and deducted directly from your final auction proceeds.
QWhat areas do you serve?
We accept drop-offs and shipments from across Northern Colorado, including Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, and Windsor.
QWhat happens if my items don't sell?
Unsold items are returned to you once the auction closes. In some cases, we may instead offer to buy the item(s) outright with a cash offer, so you don't have to arrange pickup or figure out a next step on your own — that's entirely optional and up to you.
